The objective is to identify and prioritize commodities /subsectors for project interventions and investments. The planning process involves the following:

• District Diagnostic Study is a study to identify prioritized commodities / subsectors based on stakeholder consultations and analysis of secondary information.
• Value chain analysis is to deep dive into the identified prioritized commodities from DDS for understanding the opportunities, challenges and risks in the value chain
• Participatory Growth Plan is an exercise to develop inclusive investment plans for enterprise promotion.
