A 3-day capacity building Management Development Programme (MDP) on managing FPOs was conducted by IRMA for VKP officers from 7 August 2023. The Executive Officers-Enterprise Development (EO-ED) officers were enlightened with participatory sessions and with learning tools and exercises by Prof. C. Shambu Prasad, Skillgreen Global, IRMA’s Living Farm Project, Prof. Aashish Argade, IRMA alumni and other noteworthy mentors.
